2/7– “Health is what allows you to do, to accomplish, to socialize, to play, to work, to express.” Prioritize it.
2/14– Agree to a form of nutrition accountability. This gives you the power and creates awareness, because if we’re not aware of what we’re consuming / our habits – we won’t get very far in our set goals. Whether you’re tracking what you’re eating, focusing on your behaviors when you eat, using a food log, etc. Take the guessing out and have the hard core evidence.
2/21– When shopping for the week, choose high quality, whole & organic foods, local if available.
2/28– You can not reach your health goals in the same environment that got you off track. Begin to improve your environment and you begin to provide yourself the opportunity for optimal health.
